The Manaslu Circuit Trek is an off-the-beaten-path trail in the Himalayas of Nepal. The route leads you up and around the base of Mount Manaslu as you stay each night in different Tibetan villages along the way. The scenery is incredible, especially the last few days of the circuit as you reach heights of above 5000 meters while crossing the Larke Pass, also known as Larkya La Pass. I highly recommend this circuit for those who looking to avoid the crowds of Annapurna Circuit and the Everest Base Camp Trek. The highlight of this circuit is the authentic culture of the Tibetan villages along the way and takes you around Manaslu, the world’s eighth highest mountain at 8,163 meters (26,781 ft).

These are a collection of my favorite images from the Manaslu Circuit Trek. I carried with me a DJI Mavic Pro 2 Drone, Sony A7rii with a lens collection including a 16-35mm f4, 100-400mm f4-5.6, 24-105mm f4, and a 20mm f1.8.

The total distance of the trek was 180 km through-hike from Machhakola to Dharapani with more than 11,000m of vertical gain throughout the journey.
